RMA Procedure    
     


Product warranty:

Yeah Bike.com warrants each new bicycle frame(s) and fork(s) to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 years. Warranty Coverage on the component parts (excluding tires, tubes, cables and chains) intend for 60 days from the date of purchase while owned by the original retail purchaser.

This warranty does not apply to paint/finish on the frames and forks as well as decals. This warranty does not cover normal wear, improper assembly, improper fit or improper maintenance and neglect. The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by the use of the bicycle for stunt riding, ramp jumping, dirt jumping, acrobatic tricks or similar or any other abnormal activities, alterations, collision, crash or misuse.

This bicycle has not been designed, engineered, distributed, manufactured or retailed for uses in trick riding, ramp riding, jumping, aggressive ridings, riding on severe terrain, ridding in severe climates, riding with heavy loads, commercial activities, or any similar activities; such uses may damage the bicycle, and can cause serious injury to the rider, and in all cases will void this warranty. Bent handlebar, forks, frame, wheels or seat posts are sign of misuse or abuse. The warranty does not cover use as a power-driven vehicle or as a rental vehicle or commercial use vehicle.

This warranty is made only to the original owner of this new new bicycle and it shall remain in force only as long as the original owner retains ownership of the Yeah bicycle. This Limited warranty is not transferable. In order to exercise your rights under this limited warranty you must present your bill of sale or other appropriate written proof of purchase. Should this bicycle or any part be determined by Yeah bike .com to be covered by this warranty, it will be repaired or replaced, at Yeah Bike sole option, which will be conclusive and binding.

The original owner shall pay all labor charges connected with the repair or replacement of all parts. Under no circumstances does this limited warranty include the cost of travel or shipment to and from point of purchase. Such costs, if any shall be borne by the original owner.

 

Guarantee Details:

Our mission at Yeah Bike.com is to ensure our customers receive the products they order and those products perform as expected. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee gives our customers the confidence and flexibility in purchasing our products. Here's the details of our guarantee;

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products:

Any merchandise that is defective, damaged or shipped in error by Yeah Bike.com can be returned within 30 days of initial shipment for credit towards an identical replacement product. A new replacement item will be sent to replace the damaged or incorrect product. Yeah Bike .com must be either notified in writing by U.S. Postal Service or email within 10 days of product delivery. An RMA (Return To Manufacturer) number must first be obtained before the customer is able to return the product. Our RMA procedure below applies to these type of returns.

Products a Customer is Not Satisfied With:

Any products a customer wants to return due to dissatisfaction (don't want the product, didn't meet their expectation, don't like the color, etc.) can be returned within 30 days of initial shipment by following the RMA procedure below. Yeah Bike.com must be either notified in writing by U.S. Postal Service or email within 10 days of product delivery. All returned product must be unused and in re-sellable condition including the product's packaging. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on these items.

 

RMA Procedure:

Obtaining an RMA before returning a product is required. Any products returned without an RMA will not be accepted. Steps to follow;

1. Request an RMA number from Yeah Bike.com by sending an email to info@yeahbike.com:

In your email, please provide: Your order number, The name of the product you wish to return, Your name, shipping address, telephone number and email address, Reason for returning the product

2. Upon receiving your RMA number, please send the product to the suggested distribution center.

Note: We do not reimburse the shipping costs to return products. Any collect or C.O.D. packages will be refused. Please include the RMA number on the outside of your package.

Shipping & Delievery

We ship the folidng bike to USA ( 48 continental states ) and Canada customer by using FedEx Ground Service. Current shipping rates: US$25 per bike

Depending on originating and desination locations, shipping will require between 2-8 days. We ship to USA and Canada only.
